6 Hot-Selling Developments In 2017

6 Hot-Selling Developments In 2017

Property transactions have picked up tremendously in 2017. We have just seen 1780 developer units sold in March and another 1555 developer units sold in April this year. While new launches such as Park Place Residences, Artra and Seaside Residences accounted for a huge portion of this figure, many existing projects have been selling incredibly fast. Let us introduce to you some of the hot-selling developments in 2017.

TOP 6 HOT-SELLING DEVELOPMENTS

1. Commonwealth Towers

District: 03

TOP: 1st Quarter 2018

This development sold over 80 units in April alone as developer Hong Leong has been running attractive promotion to offload the remaining units. Commonwealth Towers is located just 1 minute away from Queenstown MRT Station. Despite strong competition in District 03, buyers prefer Commonwealth Towers due to its earlier TOP date and more spacious rooms.

2. Pollen & Bleu

District: 10

TOP: Obtained

Pollen & Bleu is located 5 minutes walk away from Farrer Road MRT. Developer SingLand recently threw in the Deferred Payment Scheme and offered up to 18% ABSD subsidy in the form of cash rebates to buyers. This development has since sold over 80 units in the past 2 months.

3. Alex Residences

District: 03

TOP: 1st Quarter 2018

Alex Residences is conveniently located just minutes walk from Redhill MRT. Despite its higher per square foot as compared to recently launched Artra, this development has been seeing a pick-up in sales in recent months. The iconic sky pool resembles that of the Marina Bay Sands’ infinity pool and this development is nothing short of classy.

4. Sol Acres EC

District: 23

TOP: 1st Quarter 2018

Located in Choa Chu Kang, this development is the largest Executive Condominium in Singapore and it sold over 100 units in April. Sol Acres has been consistently selling over 50 units every month consecutively since December 2016. Sol Acres is the most affordable development in the market right now with 1 Bedroom units priced from $358,000.

5. Parc Life EC

District: 27

TOP: 2nd Quarter 2018

Developed by Frasers Centrepoint Limited, sales have been rather quiet for Parc Life EC since its launch in early 2016. However, Parc Life EC recently saw a surge in sales which is expected to continue in this quarter. An upcoming EC launch in Yio Chu Kang Road will also likely aid in the sales of existing EC projects.

6. Sophia Hills

District: 09

TOP: 1st Quarter 2018

Located in place of the old Methodist Girls’ School, Sophia Hills is less than 5 minutes walk away from Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station. Sophia Hills is probably one of the most affordable condominiums in District 09, Orchard as units are priced attractively from $1.05m. Furthermore, the development’s dual-key units are highly popular amongst investors.

The 6 developments above are all going to TOP soon. However, they are not the only hot-selling developments right now. Atlas, the property market is finally active again.
